  1. Setup a GeoChat solid implementation plan with Mukdahan team. Phase 1, use GeoChat as a communication tool by the end of September. Phase 2, use GeoChat for disease reporting. GeoChat Thai localisation will be ready by the end of September. GeoChat training to all Mukdahan Public Health team (Provincial and 7 District teams) on September 21st and 22nd , 2009. Opendream and ChangeFusion with MBDS Mukdahan, and support of InSTEDD innovation lab in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
