  5. Considering our current stage… • We consider ourselves at Stage 3 of “Initial Implementation”…. • BUT…. There are major areas to re-focus attention in stage 2 of “Installation; Building System Capacity”

Outcomes of Installation: Building System Capacity--- Needs improvement Mission and value statements and other concise descriptive materials are used to communicate about, and to build support for the new initiative A state leadership team is committed to guiding the ongoing implementation process. System capacity, including communication structures, T&TA and data systems, and infrastructure changes, has been strengthened to support implementation and scale up. • A written implementation plan has been developed, shared with stakeholders • and is “in use” by the State Leadership Team.

Next Steps • Technical Assistance Network took the “next stab” at the Wisconsin Self Assessment of Implementation today, to add detail on regional and local nuances. • Shared the document with the 72 counties on a Webinar December 3rd, 2013 • Provided a “County Self Assessment” template as well as the Guide to Implementation Process
