Objective • From May 13 to May 25 • understand the case study, the methods,the tools (egtrytoinstallit) • During the May 26-27 • Participants use the eRISE method in a given problem scenario (i.e., HCN) • Consultants (i.e. methoddesigners) are expensivetoaskquestion on-site eRISE 2011 - Yudis(c)

Expected Results by each Group • Presentation (3-4 slides) – 5 minutes • List of recommendation about security measures to the management (e.g., for CTO, CEO) • Priority among the recommendations • Rationale of such recommendations • Final Executive Report (Deadline June 5, 2011) • Documenting the process on producing such recommendations (maximum, you have to be convincing) • 1 page of Recommendations • 4 pages of documenting process for auditing purposes • Annexes: eventual artifacts, diagrams, tables, etc. eRISE 2011 - Yudis(c)
