  4. Application Process • Apply for F1 post • F2 – Deanery-wide application process based on scored performance during first few months F1 • Special Circumstances may also apply for F2 but need to inform Deanery • Academic Posts • Military Posts

  8. Strategy • Think about your strategy carefully • Have a ‘back-stop’ of an acceptable but ‘low’ competition ration FS not too far down your list!!! • Remember! Places are very tight this year….
