Sharing/Self-Reflection, Self-Evaluation & Commitments The purpose of the evaluation session is to share the points to which your attention was drawn to, and what you have reflected upon Please include: • Your Brief Introduction • Your thoughts - before the workshop after the workshop • Your behaviour/work - before the workshop after the workshop • Incidents reflecting the above • Anything else you would like to share Please complete the: 1. No point by point answers Write as if you are speaking with a good friend No long paragraphs Use small paragraphs & simple language No “we” (it diffuses responsibility) Use “I” (it helps to take responsibility) No Adjectives Be specific – Describe real incidents vs abstractions No generalisations Be clear & concise No thank you notes Effort in understanding, living by it & sharing it is better No quotations/poems... Use your own language/expression No meta data only Use data along with meta data
