  2. When you finally decide to install the playground equipment on your backyard or at the park, the first thing that comes to your mind is the safety. When you are creating anything for kids, you have to check the safety aspect because kids are too sporty to handle their excitement and it can be dangerous if they get hurt or meet some accident in the playing process.

  3. Since safety is one of the most important features for any activity involved with children.

  4. The area you choose for your playground should be a flat, level surface.

  5. If needed, hire a professional to grade the area for proper drainage and ensure surfaces where the equipments can be installed.

  6. Exposure to the elements can shorten the life of your cheap playground equipment or increase the need for maintenance.

  7. Look for potential hazards in the area, such as low-hanging branches or utility lines that may be too close to the equipment or the children playing on it.

  8. If metal equipment gets too hot from direct sunlight or swings are slippery from rain, it can also pose a danger to children.
