  2. Doing Pro Bono Work Iowa attorney Andrew Aeilts understands the importance of maintaining a balanced life in all its aspects. He divides his professional time between several legal specialties and doing pro bono work. As demanding as his practice is, Andrew Aeilts still finds time to decompress by going camping, boating, and indulging his creative side with building projects.

In 2011 he graduated from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business with a BBA in Management and received his JD from the Drake University Law School in 2014. Andrew Aeilts has served over four years as a member of the executive council of the Young Lawyers Division of the Iowa State Bar Association.

He is a veteran of the Army National Guard, Serves on the board of 'The Work of Our Hands', A no-profit that promotes fair trade goods and dedicates a large portion of his professional time to doing pro bono work for the less fortunate members of society.

He believes that being small allows them to better focus on their clients' needs and build mutually beneficial relationships with them. Away from the office, Andrew Aeilts enjoys camping, boating, cooking out and working on building projects.
