Case Study – InterContinental Hotels Group The mission of this project was to raiseorganizational awareness and reinforce the Priority Club® Rewards “Make it Count” program to existing employees and new hires. • Improved Organizational Awareness – AMERICAN SYSTEMS was able to successfully design and deploy the eLearning solution in under 60 days to over 2,000+ hotels. • Improved Efficiency – AMERICAN SYSTEMS was able to reduce the training period from a 1 day instructor lead course down to a 1 hour eLearning solution thereby improving employee productivity and access to training materials. InterContinental Hotels Group contracted AMERICAN SYSTEMS to provide eLearning development services to reinforce general managers and other hotel employees to learn about the Priority Club® Rewards “Make it Count” program. The web-based training modules were delivered into 2000+ hotels across the globe.
