Incorrect .NET Passport If you are attempting to log onto the Microsoft System Builder Web site using the Windows XP operating system, the .NET Passport login screen may not appear. Instead, your system tries to log you in using an incorrect Passport. The following steps will help you to resolve this issue.
1. Select User Accounts from the Control Panel.
2. Click the Advanced tab
3. Click Manage Passwords
4. Highlight the problem .NET Passport account and click remove. Then click Close. 5. Now retry your login.
