  1. The following is a “Click Through” Demonstration of the Mensor CPC8000. It is intended to give a general idea of how the CPC 8000 operator interface is set up. There are transparent hyperlinks areas on every screen that, when clicked, will change the screen as it would change in the real CPC 8000. Not all of the screens can be accessed and this demonstration cannot exactly replicate the operation of the CPC8000. For example, in the actual CPC8000, when an operator clicks on a menu item, exits and then returns to that menu, the menu will be in the same state as he left it, this demonstration will not do this. In addition screen shots in this demonstration were taken over a period of several days so, you will notice that the absolute pressure reading (the barometric pressure ) fluctuates from screen to screen.   2. Main Measure This is the main screen and will be the screen displayed after the CPC8000 has been turned on. Move your mouse over the screen to discover the hyperlinks to other operating screens. Each hyperlink corresponds to the touch point in the actual CPC 8000.

  3. Main Control Animation This is an animation showing how the CPC 8000 controls to a setpoint.

  4. Main Units Selection This is shows the CPC 8000 in Measure Mode.

  5. Main Vent This is shows the CPC 8000 in Vent Mode.

  6. Main Autorange - Range Hold Selection This is shows the sensor choices that are available in this CPC8000 and also allows the operator to select one of the three sensors in a “Range Hold” mode or to select “Autorange” which automatically selects the most accurate range as the system pressure changes.

  7. Main - Autorange Selected This is shows the CPC 8000 in with Autorange selected.

  8. Main - Primary Range Selected This is shows the CPC 8000 in Range Hold mode with the Primary Range (0.00 … 4030) selected.

  9. Main - Secondary Range Selected This is shows the CPC 8000 in Range Hold mode with the Secondary Range (0.00 … 850) selected.

  10. Main - Tertiary Range Selected This is shows the CPC 8000 in Range Hold mode with the Tertiary Range (0.00 … 550) selected.

  11. Main - Gauge Mode This is shows the CPC 8000 in Gauge mode using the internal barometric transducer to emulate gauge pressure.

  13. Main Setpoint to 50 Animation This is an Animation of the sequence used to set a setpoint: touch the Setpoint button, enter the setpoint using the number keypad and accept the entry by touching the “Green Check” icon.

  14. Main Data Entry Method Selection This shows the alternative setpoint entry methods available in the CPC 8000: Number pad, Number Pad Step, Digital Step and Program.

  15. Favorites Favorites is a place to store most frequently used program sequences.

  16. Data Entry – Number Pad Step This shows the CPC 8000 with the Number Pad Step data entry mode active. It provides a place to change the setpoint by a numeric step, up or down.

  17. Date Entry - Digital Step This shows the CPC 8000 with the Digital Step data entry mode active. It provides a place to change the setpoint by digit, up or down.

  18. Data Entry - Program This shows the CPC 8000 with the Program data entry mode active. It provides a place to select and run existing or user defined programs.

  19. Setup General This is the General Tab of the Setup menu. In the actual CPC 8000, language, optional display Items, brightness, audio feedback volume and loading configurations are set here by pressing one of the buttons on the left. This demonstration does not drill down to this level of detail. However ,all of the tabs along the bottom are active.

  20. Setup Sensor This is the Sensor Tab of the Setup menu. In the actual CPC 8000, pneumatic noise filters, resolution, pressure units, and rate units are set here by pressing one of the buttons on the left. This demonstration does not drill down to this level of detail.

  21. Setup Control This is the Control Tab of the Setup menu. In the actual CPC 8000, min / max control limits, stable window (limits and delay) and the rate setpoint are set here by pressing one of the buttons on the left. This demonstration does not drill down to this level of detail.

  22. Setup Remote page 1 This is the Remote Tab of the Setup menu. In the actual CPC 8000, remote communication settings are configured here by pressing one of the buttons on the left. This demonstration does not drill down to this level of detail but, by pressing the down arrow, the second page can be viewed.

  23. Setup Remote page 2 This is the second page of Remote Tab of the Setup menu. In the actual CPC 8000, remote communication settings are configured here by pressing one of the buttons on the left. This demonstration does not drill down to this level of detail but, by pressing the up arrow, the first page can be viewed.

  24. Setup Applications This is the Applications Tab of the Setup menu. Password protected areas are grayed out in this screen. Calibration, programs, digital output settings and several administrative and trouble shooting applications are accessed here. This demonstration does not drill down to this level of detail.
