  2. MASTER’S IN ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT André V. Chapman holds his Master’s in Organizational Management as well as a Certificate of Completion from the Harvard Business School program, Strategic Perspectives on Nonprofit Management. He is the Founder & CEO of Unity Care Group, Inc., and he started the Covid19-Black initiative as an educational movement to reduce the effect of the coronavirus on the African American community.

  3. NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES André V. Chapman established Unity Care Group, Inc. to address the disparity in resources and education for underserved foster youth. Formerly National Director of Sales for a Silicon Valley tech firm, Mr. Chapman turned his attention to advocating and affecting change in the foster care system. He holds a Master’s in Organizational Management and is an esteemed Fellow of the American Leadership Forum.

  6. A SALES ASSOCIATE André V. Chapman began his career as a sales associate and worked his way into a position as the National Director of Sales for a tech firm in Silicon Valley. During his career in the tech industry, he founded Unity Care Group, Inc. which would change his focus and professional mission.

  7. AWARDS AND ACKNOWLEDGE André V. Chapman created the Covid19-Black initiative to educate the community and reduce the spread of the coronavirus within the African Ancestry community. He recently released his book, Roses in Concrete: Giving Foster Children the Future They Deserve, a message of hope and action in serving foster youth. Mr. Chapman has received commendations and awards acknowledging his community efforts and dedication to reforming the welfare and child services systems.
