Seeking systemic changes to level the playing field, he created Unity Care Group in 1993, Inc. to address the inadequately met needs of foster youth.   2. FORMERLY NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES André V. Chapman established Unity Care Group, Inc. to address the disparity in resources and education for underserved foster youth. Formerly National Director of Sales for a Silicon Valley tech firm, Mr. Chapman turned his attention to advocating and affecting change in the foster care system. He holds a Master’s in Organizational Management and is an esteemed Fellow of the American Leadership Forum.

  3. UNITY CARE FOUNDER Unity Care Founder & CEO, André V. Chapman, has built a mission around supporting the underserved youth in foster care. Based in San Jose, California, his organization has served tens of thousands of youths and families over 28 years providing housing and support services. Mr. Chapman launched Covid19-Black to address the impact of the coronavirus and reduce the spread of the disease within the African Ancestry community.
