Superintendent’s Entry and Learning Plan 100 Day Report The Superintendent’s Entry and Learning Plan activities are based on the following goals for Davidson County Schools: • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of all academic programs • Assess the current financial situation • Assess operational efficiencies and alignment • Establish a positive Superintendent-Board relationship • Establish positive working relationships with administrators, teachers and support staff • Establish a positive presence in the community

  3. 100 Day Report The Superintendent’s Entry and Learning Plan consisted of three phases: Phase 1-Listening and Learning. Phase 2-Planning Phase 3-Leading

  4. 100 Day Report Superintendent’s Entry and Learning Plan Phase 1-Listening and Learning • Assess the organization’s strengths, challenges and opportunities • Establish relationships with all internal and external stakeholders • Establish a positive presence in the community • Develop a coalition of support for the development of a plan • for continuing academic progress for all students

  5. Superintendent’s Entry and Learning Plan 100 Day Report Phase 2-Planning • Review data from Direct Connect Sessions • Review data collected from all one on one meetings with stakeholders • Review budgets • Review organization and operational procedures
