  5. CIC: Four Rules • 1. Onlyask questions • - Single, Open, Simple • 2. Make your questions follow on from something already mentioned by the supervisee • 3. Try not to make assumptions • 4. Try not to give advice

  6. Small Group Activity • Work in 3s: • Supervisee - to bring an appropriate case • Supervisor - to only ask questions • Observer - to time keep & observe process • Remember confidentiality
