  2. Filter cloth Filter Cloth is the fabric of filtration process. Filter cloth is of woven or non woven fabrics of fiber, cotton or wool. The woven filter cloth is knitted as normal cloth, but non woven is sediment ed. Non woven fabricis generally manufactured by putting small fibers in the form of sheet or web and then joining them either mechanically or chemically with an adhesive. Non woven Filtration fabric is less robust, it can be tearing easily. The woven type of filter cloth is stronger than non woven.
