  6. Project Management (continued) Required Qualifications • Either work experience or educated to HNC/Degree level in business information technology • Have good understanding of the organisation’s business processes • Be aware of the technology constraints imposed by the organisation.

Software Development (Continued) Required Qualifications • Trainee Developer (Entry Level) • Educated to GCSE standard – (Including English(language), Maths, IT plus 2 others) • Previous work experience in an IT environment • An aptitude towards computing and willingness to learn. • Normally a traineeship is coupled with relevant training or part time college course (HNC ) and can range from 1 – 2 years.

Computer Operator Call logging and first line support on the IT Service Desk Administration of user accounts Monitor performance of all equipment and the environment within the computer suite Monitor all backups of servers and mainframe Schedule, process and print off reports for batch processing

  32. Computer Operator Required Qualifications • Applicant should have 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications) including English Language • ICT qualification or similar
