  10. Easier to understand the nature and operation of the center I would present you a few examples of our cases which we have successfully resolved: • Here's our latest successful case that was worked only five days due to urgency: • We had reported that an adult woman with impaired health status is returned from abroad left literally on the street. Son accepted her for some time, and the health of the woman is disturbed and restores his mother back in RM. At the same woman in 2009 has burnt the house, unable to make a monetary rights within less than a month or two. Although it followed numerous other risks sliding hard without close relatives completely socially excluded. • We made quick preparations and resolved the case to the end, work continuously to the necessary documentation and left to institution for care of such persons in Skopje. At the appointment we presented the case and despite their engagements we went ahead and made accommodation and full face protection.

  11. We have other cases that have made successful analyzes and конкретни и трајни resolve them, we are protecting children and families, we are helping to overcome problems in the marriage, addiction problems and more. • About children I think that the most we stand, stand for their vulnerability, their innocence and their need to grow into healthy family, social conditions with a sense of care and protection of us adults.

  12. Recently we had a case where a mother has left her three young children in the street and left in an unknown direction. A citizen of the municipality reported the case to the police station in  Berovo. We were invited in order to protect the interests of children at the time. I made lecture on their grandmother. But from the moment we began to smoothly follow the family and the way parents care for them. In a few months we found that roughly neglect the rights of children. Father consumed alcohol, of domestic violence, the mother began to show some socio-pathological behavior, bad material, residential situation. Only one of the children walked to school although others wandered quite small and barely survive. • Working with the family lasted quite long but parents at no point did not coordinated around the needs of children. Of course we did not quit. The interests of the children were a priority. We came to the conclusion that children need protection just outside the family. We took proceedings for revocation of the parental rights, we brought them to justice, and children were placed in the SOS Children's Village and now are successful students and happy children and in our community for a short time there will be three people built in a positive spirit and positive potentials that we have to find ways to use them.

  13. Finally a case that has worked together with the municipality. We had an adult with impaired health schizophrenia and typical social behavior. Person through the social security system achieved cash right but insufficient for his needs. • He is also a relatively young whose background has adopted it and customized, but because of unresolved housing issues often went on hospitalizations in psychiatric institutions. Returning was always made worse off than before. We felt that this person was necessary to solve the problem through the fulfillment of the housing. Thanks to cooperation with the municipality they hijacked the cost of accommodation. In the period of about a year it had only one hospitalization, he gained confidence, it was easier to control his health. Certainly we have motivated him and we were present in his everyday life, whenever there was a crisis or primary symptoms we involved in and we succeeded to pass crises and adapt to the environment, to feel accepted and useful member of the community. • Now the person has obtained an apartment leased and also our help we consider that his life can and should be filled, he should take action even for his involvement with a view to its active participation in society and its successful reintegration.
