  4. Price category • The price category that this hotel falls in the Upscale category. But it also falls under the Room price because the price depends on the length of stay, season, and the location of the property.

  5. Style & Function • It is a Extended Stay type of hotel. It offers a kitchen area but also grocery shopping. This means that guests can stay in here for as long as they want. It is also a Boutique Hotel because it offers a variety of interior styles, atmosphere, and image.
