It also reflects off of it because it was mostly all about love. This song talks about him crushing on a girl and trying to get her or get to her.

His first film was The Killers and that made him a star. He was a self-taught actor who learned the business as he went along. He set up his own production company in 1948 with Harold Hecht and James Hill to direct his career.  • Lancaster was nominated four times for Academy Awards and won once for his work in Elmer Gantry in 1960. Elmer Gantry is a 1960 drama film about a con man and a female evangelist selling religion to small town America. The stars are Burt Lancaster and Jean Simmons.Lancaster won an Academy Award for his performance, as did co-star Shirley Jones. Lancaster played as Elmer Gantry in this movie.
