MY/TCC & Schedule Details MyTCC Student Account • TCC Website –tulsacc.edu/MyTCC • Log-in Credentials • Username: TCC ID Number • Choose “ Change” – Create Password • Save Password and Student ID number • If locked out – contact Call 2000 • Explore Student Home Page • MyTCC/Student Home/Quick Links • Find Call 2000; TCC text alerts; Student Resources/Advising; Microsoft Download • View Schedule Details • MyTCC/MyAccount/Enrollment & Registration Tools/View Schedule • Click on Schedule Details or Links in Calendar to access details about course details-location, etc.

Blackboard (Bb)Link Between You, Professor, & Course Work • Find Course Details in Blackboard • MyTCC/Quick Links/Blackboard • Find Course Syllabus, Professor Contact Info, and textbook you need • Access to this will be up to the professor – one week before or the day class starts is possible Check Blackboard Each Day – Key to Success • Course management System & Virtual learning environment Upload assignments (Always check for your confirmation # on Bb) • Participate in discussion boards • Contains course syllabus, class assignments, due dates, email link to instructor, and more • Gradebook! Track your grades! Find Blackboard Student Orientations • MyTCC/Student Home/Quick Links/Blackboard • Find Student Resources & Tools-Student Blackboard Orientations

Communication Set Up Email • MyTCC/Quick Links/Email • Your email is - Firstname.lastname@tulsacc.edu • TCC will communicate with you only through your TCC email • Check your TCC email daily • Connect your email to your mobile device • TCC Web Page –www.tulsacc.edu • Search “Mobile Device” Use your TCC email address for college communication SEARCH

Financial Information Accept Tuition Waivers • MyTCC/Student Home/Quick Links/Financial Aid • Check - Agree to Terms and Conditions • Click on the academic year box • DO NOT FILL OUT FAFSA until October 1 of your senior year FAFSA is not applicable to concurrently-enrolled students Complete Payment • Tuition Waivers are NOT applied until the 4th week of a semester • Check your email for updates and your financial aid account • After tuition waivers are applied, pay bursar balance • To pay course fees and any tuition amount over the waiver limit, you may access the student bursar account information on the MYTCC “my account” and pay by check or credit card. Additionally, you may pay by presenting photo ID to any TCC bursar • For additional questions, about your school’s payment options, talk to your counselor • Contact the TCC bursar at studentaccounts@tulsacc.edu *Concurrently Enrolled Students are NOT dropped for non-payment. If you are notified you will be dropped for any reason, contact our office immediately dualcredit@tulsacc.edu or 918.595.4705 **Students are responsible for course fees

Know TCC Website Quizwww.tulsacc.edu • When is spring break?  (academic calendar) • What are the library hours for your campus? • Where can you request a transcript? • What kinds of tutoring services are available? Hours? Location? • How do I find a TCC academic advisor? • What day and time is the final exam for a class that normally meets at 9:30 on Tuesday/Thursday, Fall Semester? • Where can you find the Career Explorer? • How do I report a concern?
