  4. Vp & VpVs tomography • Inversion method and computer algorithms (SIMULPS12) by Thurber and Eberhart-Phillips. • The selected data set consists of 299,104 P arrivals and 174,203 measurements of the S-P time differences from 17,206 local earthquakes. • 3-D grid of points 28x32x17.

  9. Relocation examination • 35,530 events of M>3 from 1990 to 2006 for 3D relocation.

  10. Conclusions • S-P readings from TSMIP can greatly improve earthquakes observation in Taiwan. • In the future, waveform tomography using the TSMIP records will be applied for offering detail fine Vp and Vp/Vs structures.
