General Conclusions • What are the environmental and behavior factors that you should take care of in order to maintain your health In order to maintain my health , I need to take care of stuff that depends on me lik my eating habits , execiseansd sleep habits. I can´t control other environmental factors like climate or such . But I am able to eat healthy , exercise , have good sleeping habits and keep myself away from alcohol , cigarettes and drugs, and also avoid risky situations .

General conclusions • What are the main prevention methods that you need to identify about your health and family tendencies? • I consider that my family tendencies are quite favorable ,most of my relatives died of natural causes , and none of the ancestors who suffered diseases had no chronic or hereditary diseases that I may have to worry about. I only have to worry about my own habits , and try to live healthy.

  4. Personal Tendency and Prevention • Tendency : Stroke , Heart Attack , Renal Defficiency. From what I have read , there are several habits that suppress the chances of getting one of the three conditions mentioned above. In order to reduce the chances of getting Heart attack/stroke you need to incorporate the folowing into your daily lifestyle. First , these are the risk factors that result in stroke/heart attaks high blood pressure , high cholesterol ,physical inactivity , and smoking , so they are the factors we are going to consider for the plan.

  5. Prevention • First , these are the risk factors that result in stroke/heart attacks and kidney failure : high blood pressure , high cholesterol ,physical inactivity , and smoking , so they are the factors we are going to consider for the plan. Some of the recommendations from the Neurological Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke , and the Australian Government are : Maintain proper weight. Avoid drugs known to raise blood pressure. Eat right:  cut down on salt and cholesterol and eat fruits and vegetables to increase potassium in your diet. Exercise more , and obviously stop smoking in case you do , also it is highly reccomended that you practice cardiovascular activity such as swimming , running or cycling.
