  1. Top 5 Places to Visit in Goa The state of Goa in India is famous for its beaches and places of worship. Tourism is its main industry, and with a decline in domestic tourist activity in general, it is concentrated in the coastal areas of Goa.

  2. 1. Calangute Beach Calangute is a town in the North Goa District, famous for its beaches. The beach is the largest in North Goa and has been visited by thousands of domestic and international tourists. The Calangute Beach is one of the best places to visit in Goa and is also famous for the various water sports and activities that host it. Beach offers water sports activities such as parasailing and water skiing, banana riding, jet skiing, among others.

  3. 2. Chapora Fort It was the site of a fort called Shahpura, built by the Muslim ruler Adil Shah, which was renamed Chapora by the Portuguese. It is now a popular tourist destination, with Pernem across the Chapora River in the north, Vagator in the south, and the Arabian Sea in the west.
