  1. Week 5 – 7th October

Triple S! • In your spelling sessions in Skills you have been focusing on 25 commonly misspelt words • Now, you are going to spend some time looking at a collection of words that are SPECIFIC to a particular SUBJECT area in the school • This is particularly useful if you are studying this subject but also to increase your own vocabulary and to perfect your spelling! • SSS = Subject Specific Spellings

  3. Creative and Media SSS • Take a look at the list of words that have been selected by the Creative and Media teachers • These are the words that they would expect a student to know how to spell correctly! • Are there any you recognise?

  4. Time to Revise… • This time next week you will be tested on the C&M ‘Triple S’ spelling list • Now, can you remember the method for learning how to spell a word?

  5. Week 6 – 14th October

  6. Time to Test! • Take a new page in your books… • Complete the test! • Swap test sheets with your partner • Mark their answers!
