  2. Apples Software Update • Use Apple Software Update For OS updates. • Click the Apple Button and Select Software Update

  3. Apple Software Update • If there are updates available they will show up here. • Click “Install # Items” to install them • Some Installs will require a restart.

  4. Self Service • Open Self Sevice Out of The Application Folder • Choose Which Application you want and click Install.

  5. Troubleshooting • Always Authenticate to Lightspeed before trying any updates. • If self service is not installed re-enroll the device in Casper. (instructions on next slide) • If it shows unauthorized access to self service re-enroll device in Casper.(instructions on next slide) • Any problems with self service re-enroll it in Casper (instructions on next slide)

  6. Enrolling in Casper • Macbooks can be enrolled in Casper the same way iPads can be. • Go to https://casper:8443/enroll

  7. Enrolling In Casper • User: enroll • Pass: enroll • Follow the instructions on the page.

  8. Enrolling In Casper • The computer will download the QuickAdd package. • Follow The instructions of the Installer to complete Enrollment.
