Significant changes need to be researched using the drill down capability to determine the anomaly causes. C4.1.2.5. Set of monthly reports that capture the performance for a month in the life of the logistics pipeline.

LMARS Report Criteria • LMARS Report Business Rules No. 1: Business Rules for WHOLESALE REQUISITION PIPELINE ACTIVITY — TOTAL WHOLESALE RULES Report: As of 11/13/13 The Total Wholesale Report is a compilation of the Immediate Issues, Backorders, Planned DVD, Unplanned DVD, and Other pipeline activity reports. No. 2Business Rules For WHOLESALE REQUISITION PIPELINE ACTIVITY—IMMEDIATE ISSUES Report: As of 11/13/13 The individual Component reports (see tabs at the top of the report) reflect all immediate issue wholesale requisition pipeline activity for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Other (Federal and Civil Agencies). A composite report (the first tab) consolidates the data from all Components. One of the following criteria must be met to qualify as an immediate issue: (1) The first (or only) Supply Status is BA, or (2) The last Supply Status is BA, was received within five days of first status, and no Backorder Status has ever been received. Direct Vendor Deliveries (DVDs), whether planned or unplanned, are not considered immediate issues. Immediate issue reporting starts when DAAS receives a shipment, transportation, or receipt transaction, indicating that shipment has taken place. The Tabs will be at the bottom of the report if it is opened in Excel.

LMARS Report Criteria No. 3 Business Rules For WHOLESALE REQUISITION PIPELINE ACTIVITY--BACKORDERED Report: As of 11/13/13 The following criteria must be met to qualify as a backorder: (1) DAAS received a Supply Status (AE transaction) received prior to shipment that contained a BB, BC, or a Service specified (Table A) backorder code, and (2) Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD), whether planned or unplanned, was not indicated prior to shipment. No. 4. Business Rules For WHOLESALE REQUISITION PIPELINE ACTIVITY—PLANNED DIRECT VENDOR DELIVERY Report: As of 11/13/13 The individual Component reports (see tabs at the top of the report) reflect all planned direct vendor delivery wholesale requisition pipeline activity for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Other (Federal and Civil Agencies). A composite report (the first tab) consolidates the data from all Components. The servicing Inventory Control Point’s (ICP) criteria (Business Rule 1, Table A) must be met to qualify as a planned DVD.

A composite report (the first tab) consolidates the data from all Components. The servicing Inventory Control Point’s (ICP) criteria (Business Rule No. 1, Table A,) must be met to qualify as an unplanned DVD. No. 6 Business Rules For WHOLESALE REQUISITION PIPELINE ACTIVITY— ALL OTHER Report: As of 11/13/13 The individual Component reports (see tabs at the top of the report) reflect All Other (uncategorized issues) wholesale requisition pipeline activity for the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Other (Federal and Civil Agencies). A composite report (the first tab) consolidates the data from all Components. To qualify for this report, a requisition and/or its related data did not meet the criteria for Immediate Issue, Backorder, Planned or Unplanned Direct Vendor Delivery Reporting. No. 7Business Rules For WHOLESALE REQUISITION PIPELINE ACTIVITY—MAJOR COMMANDS Report: As of 11/13/13 The individual Component reports (see tabs at the top of the report) reflect all Wholesale requisition pipeline activity by their major command or claimant for the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. and are compilations of the Immediate Issues, Backorders, Planned DVD, Unplanned DVD, and Other pipeline activity reports. This report includes data for National Guards, Reserves, and Contractors. A composite report (the first tab) consolidates the data from all Components.
