  3. Signal Format Requirements • Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) modulation • Reed-Solomon and 2 rate Convolutional Forward Error Correction (FEC), Viterbi decoding • CCSDS (Consultive Committee for Space Data Systems) standards
