Primary Languages Video Conferencing • Cornwall learning currently delivers 10 week training programmes in the teaching of languages to primary schools around the county. • Schools receive fortnightly VC lessons and detailed lesson plans and resources along with planning meetings and staff twilight training sessions.

  5. Equipment used in conjunction with the VC camera • MP4 player (we use an ipod) for showing still images and film clips. • Visualiser for real objects, writing on mini whiteboard, pictures, games etc • Laptop, VGA to composite converter, 3 way composite switch

  6. Other lesson providers The number of lesson providers is constantly growing. History, Science, English, Languages and Citizenship are just a few of the subject areas covered. Look at Global Leap and Cleo for ideas and information.

  10. Links with schools abroad Fowey Primary School has enjoyed video conferences with Sai International School in Orissa, India.
