  1. Video Conferencing Video conferencing is a set of interactive telecommunication technologies which allow two or more locations to interact via two-way video and audio transmission simultaneously.

In 1992 CU-SeeMe was developed at Cornell by Tim Dorcey et al. Traditionally, when we use land line phones we can see not see the other’s personal cues. Therefore, the impression is only through the use of words heard and not seen. The second problem is more psychological to the instant of people do not like to be watched or dress up for the other individual is on the other end of the live video stream.
