  1. How to Log-In to DegreeWorks:Faculty/Staff Version

  2. Logging on to DegreeWorks begins by accessing the SWAN. A link to the SWAN can be found at the University homepage, www.clayton.edu.

  3. First, log on the SWAN by first entering your user name…

  4. …then, enter your password.

  5. Now, select the “DUCK” icon near the top of the SWAN screen.

  6. Select the “Faculty Services” tab.

  7. Select “Search for Student by Name.”

  8. Select “Click Here to Continue.”

  9. Search for the student. The way that this can be done is a matter of preference. If the student’s Laker ID number is known, it is generally easiest to use that. Otherwise, searches for full and partial first and last names are just as effective.

  10. The student’s DUCK record should now display. Select the hyperlink adjacent to the student’s Laker ID which reads, “Degree Works.” If this hyperlink is not visible, contact degreeworks@clayton.edu. myemailaddress@clayton.edu

  11. You should now be logged onto Degree Works and the “Student View” of the student’s Degree Works audit is shown.
