  2. Question… • What happens when you hold a piece of chocolate in your hand?? …..and don’t just say it melts!!!

  3. Answer… • A persons hand has a higher temperature than the chocolate bar and heat moves from WARMER matter to COOLER matter. • This in turn causes the chocolate to melt.
