  3. Agency Report Leads • Each agency should identify a Reporting Lead and provide this information to the Finance Customer Resource Center (Finance.CRCGroup@ky.gov). • The Reporting Lead will be the primary contact for all information related to the reporting upgrade.

  4. Inbox Cleanup • Agency Reporting Leads should notify users that effective May 1, 2014 all reports in the user’s Business Objects Inboxes will be deleted. • Going forward Business Objects reports in a user’s Inbox will be deleted at the beginning of every month. • If a user needs to keep a report they should check with the agency Reporting Lead to determine if this report should be saved in the agency folder or in the user’s favorites.

  5. Overview of Objects in infoAdvantage • 56,454+ total objects by Apr 1, 2014 • Includes objects under Public Folders, Favorites (Personal Folders) and User Inboxes • Web Intelligence Reports, Desktop Intelligence Reports, Other (Agnostic, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
