  3. Current Approach: Create Density Study from Freight Bills or Old Calls. Create Grid Records from Density Study. View Grid Records and apply to grids on maps. New Approach: Export Grid Records to MapInfo. Create Routes using Digital Maps as a Mapping Tool. Mapping and Density

  4. GridRecs: Display of Daily Delivery and Pickup Stops per Grid.

  5. Example: Standard is 18 stops per driver. Due to more efficient routing, we will estimate approx. 10% increase in stops (Total of 20 for a route). 8 PU STOPS PLUS 2 ADDITIONAL PU STOPS. 10 DEL. STOPS 10 PU STOPS
