Activation of NF-κB Pathway in Lymphocytes via p50/p65 and pEYFP-IκBα

This study explores the activation mechanism of the NF-κB signaling pathway in lymphocytes, utilizing p65 and p50 components. We employed the Amaxa electroporation technique to introduce pEYFP constructs (pEYFP-IκBα and pEYFP-C1) and evaluated basal activation levels alongside stimulation with PHA/IL-2. Our findings highlight the dynamic interaction of NF-κB components during cellular signaling processes, crucial for immune responses and potential therapeutic implications in inflammatory diseases.
