Nutrient Agar: 28 g/1 L Nutrient Agar yang diperlukan: 12 mL/cawan Akan dibuatsebanyak 108 mL, maka gram Nutrient Agar secarateoritis: Lactose Broth: 13 g/1 L Lactose Broth yang diperlukan: 5 mL/tabung Akan dibuatsebanyak 45 mL, maka gram Lactose Broth secarateoritis:
