Things I saw and did • Stayed with 3 families. • One week in the 4H camp. • Seen all the sites in there area. • Spent one night on a timber lorry for 13hours going through forests collecting timber. • Was aloud to take a car to see a vintage tractor museum on the island. • Spent 2 days and a night on a 4H farm as a leader. • Visited farms with my hosts to see the differences • Travelled on a DeLaval van for a day to see farms he visited

  4. Things I Learnt • How to find my way round airports and stations. • How to drive left hand drive cars and lorries. • Help with setting up of the camp. • Meet new people. • How to be a leader in a 4H farm/camp. • How much farms are different to the ones at home.

  5. Tips if you want to go • Plan early enough. • Check the currency. • Remember dates. • Go there with an open mind as the culture is very different as they have a mid-summers party. • Tell them if there is something you would like to see. • Just be your self and enjoy your time there.
