The garden grouping from 90-98 Winchester Street won a “designated site“ award as part of a local community project. The city of Toronto won for best capital city in the nation. These home owners are proud to have been a part of the competition, to have been nominated by appreciative neighbours, and to have won such an honour. Take a moment to enjoy their efforts.
