  5. 評選作業流程圖 考核工作流程 初評作業 根據報名表件進行考核，參酌平時查核成績及公廁優良事蹟，自全市1032里選出500個入選名單，並茲鼓勵。 以里為單位進行報名作業 平時查核成績 根據報名名單進行初評，合格者列選為入選名單 複評作業 由專家學者擔任複評委員，針對入選名單進行複評，評選出10座具當地特色之績優公廁。 專家學者進行實地複評 評選出100年度公廁奧斯卡獎得獎名單
