  8. Real Life • Sandra Washington, a doctorate of engineering, applied to be the Dean of the department. The president of the school informed her that she was not capable of assuming the task as Dean. Since then she has become an entrepreneur owning her own franchise and vows to never teach in a University again.

  9. *Women are not being paid or treated fairly *Although the 21st century has drastically changed the way that we view society, women are still thought of as the minority within this generation Women still earn $.78 to a dollar compared to men, in every aspect except for prostitution and modeling What this Means?
