  2. Read the textbox descriptions and review the pictures. • With one mouse click the picture will link online to the Unit Assessment System. • Click the Space Bar to move to the next slide.

  4. CRN – Click on the CRN for each section you are teaching and a list of the candidates in your course will appear.

  5. Student’s Name will be identified Data Entry –You will be required to enter data for each section Click on the student’s name to begin entering data

  6. Rubric Assessment – You will note that the rubric will be listed on the assessment followed by the choices of “Not Met,” “Met,” or Exceeded.” Click on the radio button that applies.

  7. Evaluator’s Comment – You must make a comment in this section. You may want to make your comment relative to the standards. Final Assessment – You must make an overall choice for the assignment of “Not Met,” “Met,” or Exceeded

  10. Edit Record – You may update data that you have entered if you find that you have made an error or if the candidate is allowed to revise the assignment and improves.
