From the LOA Survey • Notes: • Agilent only enters non PFL or disability leaves into HRIS • Intel leaves hold “pending status” marker until 1st day of leave, at which point they become “active leave” • KLA enters all leaves (except PLOA) with FMLA default until instructed otherwise. • VeriSign does not enter LOAs into HRIS • Less than a third of mbrs do “non-specific” coding. Generally those who code for MLOA also code for PLOA (note exceptions) • Some additional coding for pd/not pd
