Truth and Grace Encounter A 2-day conference for women focused on emotional healing Who: LSCC women who are experiencing emotional unrest, desiring peace for their hurting hearts. What: A weekend just for you; to be heard, validated, and to intimately encounter Christ in your place of struggle and emotional pain.   2. Is this conference for me? This conference is designed for any LSCC woman dealing with past or present emotional pain and unrest who desire to find peace for their souls and renewing of their minds. Emotional unrest may be from (but not limited to) a current situation that has turned your world upside down, a relational conflict, feelings or rejection or betrayal, unworthiness, depression, grief from some loss, unresolved anger, inability to overcome addictive behavior, pressures or uncertainty of life and more. What can I expect if I attend? A safe, and grace-filled atmosphere to process your hurt. A place to get away from life’s distractions to make your hurts known. A time to receive personal ministry from the Lord Jesus. Live worship music, messages and testimonies given pertinent to the healing process, hands-on stations to enhance the teachings and demonstrate commitments, private, guided journal exercises. Will I be expected to share? No expectation or pressure;  this is time for you and the Lord. If, however, He would lead you to share, an opportunity will be given for you to do so. Do I attend both days? Both days are preferred as the schedule of messages and events are designed to build upon each other. However, you are welcome to attend what you can and expect the Lord will us that time for good in your healing journey. Is lunch provided on Saturday? No. Drinks and light refreshments will be provided both days.

  3. What should I bring with me to the conference? A Bible and an open heart to receive healing from the Lord Jesus – the exalted healer, counselor, comforter, and the one able to meet every need.
