  1. Welcome to Our Home in Georgia! Press the “enter” or “arrow forward” key to take a slide tour of our home and the golf course. You will also view some special guests along the way!

  2. Hi, my name is Dolleen and I will be your hostess for this tour. And these are my helpers: Johnny (left), Josie (middle), and Jesse (right).

  3. You are now entering the Woodmont Golf Course and subdivision. We live in “The Links” section of the subdivision.

  4. And, this is our house. Oh look, there’s Tim!

  5. Here is a closer look at the front porch balcony. There are doors exiting from Bryan’s and Paul’s bedrooms to this balcony.

  6. This is a closer look at our front doors—important ONLY because it took us time and effort choosing these doors. Funny thing is, I can’t tell you why we chose these specific doors, but I do remember it took a lot of effort!

  7. Okay, the door is open for you…c’mon in! Hi! I’m Josie! And, that’s my brother, Johnny, peeking at you from the top of the stairs. Can you see him? Look really closely…

  8. Now can you see him? That’s my silly brother!

  9. Our house has a design that gives a real open feeling which you will notice as we walk through. This is the dining room on your right as you enter. This is the music room on your left as you enter.

  10. Let’s take a closer look at the dining room and music room. The doorway on the right of the pole leads to a “bar” room that we’ll visit later. Off the dining room is a butler’s pantry.

  11. One of the unique features we loved in this house was the staircase that opens to both the upstairs and downstairs.

  12. Here we are looking at the staircase from the front door view. Here we are looking at the staircase from the living room view on the opposite side.

  13. This is a view looking down on the living room. This is a view looking at the living room from the kitchen.

  14. From the living room we can enter the kitchen or walk through the archway down a hallway leading to the door exiting to the garage, a desk area, and the laundry room with a side exit door.

  15. Let’s go to the kitchen. We have a double oven so we can double the dessert cooking! Can you find the refrigerator? We chose to have it look like the cupboards!

  16. Now we’ll walk through the archway we saw earlier from the living room. This is the desk area just prior to entering the laundry room with the side exit door.

  17. Remember the doorway I showed you when you were in the music room? This is that “bar/relax” room! This room has French doors that exit to a covered deck. This room could also be used as a first floor bedroom since it has a full bathroom attached. Whose feet are those? Humm…

  18. You guys go outside and check out the deck while Papa and I stay here and relax for a few minutes! This tour is making me tired! Is this the body that went with those feet? Humm…

  19. Now we are on the deck outside the bar/relax room.

  20. Oh look, there’s Tim watering flowers in the backyard. Our house backs up to the tenth tee. Hey, while we’re outside, let’s take a look at the deck from the outside.

  21. As you look at the house, the balcony on the top left is off the master bedroom, the balcony on the top right is off Bryan’s study room, the deck on the bottom left is off the kitchen, and the deck on the bottom right is off the bar/relax room we were just visiting.

  22. Now we are back inside the house looking down the staircase to Larry’s vacation home. Again you can see how unique and open this curved staircase is!

  23. Our builder did an awesome job creating nine-foot ceilings so that this area feels more like a “lower level” than a “basement”. First we’ll tour on the right side of the staircase.

  24. This is a view from the bar tables we just saw.

  25. The TV area is beside the staircase we just came down. Now let’s go to the other side of the staircase.

  26. First we find Larry’s bedroom with French doors and an attached full bathroom.

  27. Next we find, in my opinion, the best place in this house…our gym! All guests get a free membership…if they want it.

  28. Now Johnny and Jesse are taking us to the upper level of the house. Up here we will see a bookshelf/desk area, the master bedroom suite, Paul’s room, and Bryan’s bedroom, study, and deck area.

  29. This is the bookshelf/desk area that we still need to decorate! The French doors on the left enter the master bedroom suite, and the door on the right enters Paul’s room.

  30. We are now in the master bedroom looking at the sitting area.

  31. Here we see the French doors exiting to the balcony deck with a view of the golf course.

  32. In the opposite direction from the sitting room and balcony deck is a hallway leading to the master bathroom on the left, two walk-in closets on the right, and a sunken study room directly ahead. Let’s walk down the hallway and take a closer look.

  33. Thank you for showing us the master bathroom, Jesse. Now let’s show our guests the place where we spend most of our time during the school semester.

  34. Bryan calls this the “old maid’s room” because this is where I spend all my time studying. With this room in the master bedroom suite, I pretty much have my own apartment upstairs!

  35. Now we are exiting the master bedroom and Paul’s room side of the upstairs and are heading toward Bryan’s side of the upstairs.

  36. In both Paul’s and Bryan’s bedrooms we see vaulted ceilings and chandeliers.

  37. In both Paul’s and Bryan’s rooms we see a door exiting to the front porch balcony. Both bedrooms also have full bathrooms attached.

  38. This is the bedroom on the back of the house that Bryan uses for his study room. This room has French doors that exit to a deck with a spectacular view!

  39. This is the balcony deck off Bryan’s study. It’s covered and has a ceiling fan like the deck below.

  40. Take a look at the view from Bryan’s study room deck.

  41. Here is a look at our backyard from Bryan’s deck.

  42. We can also see the golf clubhouse from Bryan’s deck. The clubhouse has the typical golf course amenities including a lunch/dinner eating area, pool, and tennis courts.

  43. Oh look, there’s Tim playing ball in the backyard! Let’s go outside with him and take a look at the outside of the house now.

  44. As Tim says, “This is a real man’s deck!”

  45. Each floor of our house totals approximately 2,000 square feet giving us about 6,000 square feet of living area. This house is made to have guests so please don’t hesitate to come visit us!

  46. Hey, I have an idea! Now that you’ve toured our house, would you like to take me, Johnny, and Jesse for a three mile walk around the circle so you can take a look at the golf course?

  47. This is a view of the golf course looking across the ninth hole toward the first hole.

  48. Now we are looking at the back view of the clubhouse.

  49. This is a view of the sixth hole.

  50. Bark, bark, bark…see that bird on the waterfall by the fourth hole?
