1. About AIPH UNIVERSITY ADMISSION PROCESS The University emerged from close to two decades of community, hospital, and laboratory-based research and training in public health. It is a platform for higher learning to prepare the next generation of professionals, ready to take on current and future challenges. Payment Policy : The student is expected to pay the full amount of semester fees before or by the due date. If full payment is not received by the due date, a late payment penalty of 2 % of the unpaid bill amount will be assessed, and the student may be placed on an academic hold, which will prevent them from appearing in the end of semester final exam and also registering for next semester until the hold is cleared.

2. A new late payment penalty will appear on the bill as a new transaction, as will adjustments to previously assessed late payment penalties. Attendance A candidate is required to attend a minimum of 80% of training and of the total classes conducted during each semester in all courses. Provided further, leave of any kind shall not be counted as part of academic term without prejudice to minimum 80% of training period every year. Any student who fails to complete the course in this manner shall not be permitted to appear in the University Examinations. A candidate who does not satisfy the requirement of attendance

3. even in one subject will not be permitted to appear for University Examination. S/he will be required to make up the deficit in attendance to become eligible to take the subsequent examination.
