Minimum qualification and eligibility for Admission in Diploma Courses for the Session 2020-21 1) Diploma Engineering Eligibility for this course is that the student must pass class 10th with 35% marks (33% for candidates of categories: Scheduled Casts, Scheduled Tribes) and must be a compulsory qualified in science and mathematics. 2) Diploma Engineering (Lateral Entry) Eligibility for this course is that the student must pass 10+2/ ITI (02 years). The process of admission in polytechnic colleges in India is managed by the concerned government authority of the different states, for example Delhi CET, JEECUP for Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand JEEP etc. It is a three years full time technical course. If you want to apply online then, Visit the website of the institute you want to pursue for your polytechnic education and open the polytechnic admission form from the website. 1)Get yourself registered for the desired course stream in the desired polytechnic college. 2)Submit the following documents : Class X mark sheet (class X & XII mark sheet in case of lateral entry), Transfer certificate and migration certificate from last school, Domicile certificate, copy of Aadhar card, EWS certificate (only for applicants of Economically Weaker Section), Caste certificate (if not from general category). 3)Submit your latest coloured photograph (5 pieces) 4)Submit your specimen signature. Reservation of seats in govt. colleges: Candidates belonging to certain categories are offered reserved seats for them based on relaxed criteria.
