Nicaragua - Mision Para Christ/Jinotega, Nicaragua Mission started in 1998 helping 18 children go to school - Now operates 27 schools with 47 classrooms with over 2,700 children • Main objective - share the message of our Lord Jesus Christ with all the people of Nicaragua. Possible Foreign Destinations

To accomplish this the mission works with the churches of Christ, other organizations and local groups to serve the people of Nicaragua in the areas of health care, feeding the hungry, providing shelter, caring for children and education in the Jinotega and Matagalpa Regions of Nicaragua.   6. The mission believes that KEEPING THE MAIN THING THE MAIN THING is essential to who we are. Therefore, we work diligently to develop and mature new churches and encourage the existing churches. To this end, the mission sponsors World radio programs that reach over 80% of Nicaragua 15 minutes a day, operate the Bible Institute in Jinotega, worked to establish a Spanish Bible Bowl and provide the materials, in cooperation with Harding University supports Nicaragua Uplift for the youth, established and provides material to The Institute for the Preparation of Workers, and work with 20 congregations in the Jinotega/Matagalpa Departments providing training, seminars and material to strengthen the evangelist and congregation.
