Edig@s Activities in 2005 • Publication of the MIG Edi@s v3.2 including : • Messages necessary for the CBP “Harmonization of nomination and matching process” • Support to the main EDIG@S users (transporters, shippers, traders) in order to explain the new concepts of Edig@s v3.X • Promotion for the use of Edig@s • Ex : “Balkan” letter • Maintenance of Edig@s code lists Executive Committee Meeting

Edig@s Objectives for 2006 • Interaction and close relationship with other active working groups • Finalizing version 3.3 (summer 2006) with review (in respect of current business process) of messages related to: • allocation, • Imbalance notice, • HUB-related messages (to match with the CBP “Harmonization of Nomination and Matching Process”) • Forecast message • Confirmation message (more information concerning the matching) • (Re-)Modeling of all the messages using UML • Maintenance of Edig@s code lists Executive Committee Meeting

Plan for 2007 - 2009 Edig@s Plan for 2007-2009 • Preparation of version 4 : • based on business process reviews (by Business rules WG) for • Allocation process • Contractual data • Correction of messages that implies too big changes to happen in version 3.3 • Publication of the MIG version 4 not forecasted yet Executive Committee Meeting

Rules for Membership Edig@s • To be an EASEE-GAS member • To participate in the costs on a pro-rata basis • To be an Expert with knowledge of the area of the Gas Industry (business and IT) • In order to maintain the efficiency of the group, it will be limited to 15 permanent members • Cf.
