NOMINA La nómina es el documento que se entrega mensualmente a todos los trabajadores en el que aparece el detalle del salario que recibe, junto con las deducciones que se le practican de dicho salario, bien sea por descuentos obligatorios marcados por la legislación vigente, bien sea por otro tipo de descuentos como anticipos, o deducciones para seguros de salud.

  3. APORTES DEL EMPLEADO • Aporte en Salud (4%). • Aporte Pensión (4%). • Se coge el salario básico y se multiplica por el % a pagar • Ej. • 850.000*0,4% = 34.000 • Aporte

  4. APORTES DEL EMPLEADOR Salud (8.5%). 850.000*0.085 = 72.250 Pensión (12%). 850.000*0.12= 102.000 A.R.P. (Según la tabla). 850.000*.00522 = 4.437

  5. RECARGOS HORAS EXTRAS Se coge el numero de horas extras lo multiplica por el salario básico se divide por 8 y se multiplica por el porcentaje de hora extra que se necesite.
