Stations Setup • Chair and table rental through Bucky’s Rentals, located in Madison, WI • Six 6’ Serpentine Tables for exhibits • Six 6’ Banquet Table • 15 vinyl folding chairs • Pick up rentals and set up ourselves to reduce costs
Exhibits • 1 Sunvest Employee to handle questions and discussions • Tables set with: • Business cards • Company fact sheets related to topic • Company brochures
Showcase Rooms • 1Sunvest Employee per room • Digital Picture Frame displaying Sunvest projects on tables • Tables set up identical to exhibits
Raffle • Upon arrival, guests will fill out slip of paper with name, phone number, and address • This will be put into a bucket • Slips will be held onto until 2:30pm where we will begin raffling off prizes • If a guest is not present during raffle, we will call and let them know they have won • We will call big prizes first, then move down • Once a guest’s name has been called, there name will not be put back in the bucket

Timeline • May • Contact the Dane County Newspapers for first press release • Post event on Twitter and Facebook • Contact the catering • Reserve date in model home, make sure city and Tim O’Brien are aware and approve • June • Secure Sunvest employees to work August 17 • Update the Twitter and Facebook • Contact Bucky Rentals • Be in contact with newspapers to hold spot for second release • July • Double check the catering • Update the Twitter and Facebook • Purchase raffle prizes • Purchase bottled water
Timeline • Week of August 4-10 • Confirm Bucky rentals • Confirm catering with Cranberry Creek Café • Facebook reminder • Final reminder press release • Verify Sunvest employees to work event
It’s Showtime • August 16: Pick up rentals from Bucky’s Rentals • August 17: • 7am employees arrive to begin setup of exhibits • 8am catering arrives • 9am showcase begins and guests will be free to look around as they desire • 9am-11am fruit pizzas will be served • 11am will begin serving appetizers • 2pm final reminder for guests to give raffle tickets in bucket • 2:15pm have guests begin gathering for raffles • 2:30pm begin raffling • 3:00pm begin to clean up • This will be everyone running the event, Sunvest Employees and Complete Communications
