Weekly Agenda: Characterization and Inference Activities for October 22, 2013

On Tuesday, October 22, 2013, students will focus on characterization through a graphic organizer for Stan Library Homework. Remember to read for Accelerated Reader (AR) and complete the response log for today. Don’t forget to finish the Breaking Blues media poster, which is due Thursday! In our Interactive Notebooks, we will add a definition for Making Inferences and include a graphic organizer. Pages 30 and 31 will cover Character Traits and the Making Inference definition, respectively, as we read "The Sweetest Fig" and complete activities on Mr. Bibot.

  1. Tuesday, October 22, 2013 Write in your agenda: Characterization – complete graphic organizer for Stan Library Homework: Read for AR and complete response log for Tuesday. Complete Breaking Blues Media Poster. (DUE Thursday!)

  2. Interactive Notebooks • We will be adding the definition for Making Inferences and a graphic organizer to our Interactive Notebook. • In the Interactive Notebook add page 30 Character Traits. On Page 31 add Making Inference Definition. • I will be reading a book called The Sweetest Fig. As I read we will stop and complete the graphic organizer on Mr. Bibot.
